In this week's episode we continue the conversation that was started on social media when we asked you ladies what makes a beautiful home. We share some of your answers, what our thoughts are, and of course, we share some decor and organization tips that we have learned.
As women, we so often believe that making and keeping a home should come naturally to us. Let us debunk that myth: it definitely is a learned skill!
We need to live by Emily Ley's mantra "I will hold myself to a standard of grace, not perfection!"
It's really important that when making your home physically beautiful, you also make sure that it's functional and liveable.
Learn to use resources that are available to you, like your local thrift shop or buy and sell groups, and Danielle's personal favorite: Pinterest!
Remember that when organizing your home and making if functional, it takes practice, practice, practice.
Glean from other women, but know that what works for one might not work for another.
